ClearSky Complete ("ClearSky", "we", "us") is a fuel science company operating from the Province of Alberta, Canada. This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website, our contact and order forms, and related correspondence with customers, prospects, applicants, and partners.

By using this website or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described here.

We only collect information that is reasonable for the purposes described below:

• Contact details you submit through our order, quote, contact, or careers forms — such as name, business name, email address, phone number, and location.
• Order and enquiry details, including fleet or equipment information and the products or volumes you are interested in.
• Application information, such as a résumé or work history, if you apply to join our team.
• Correspondence, including emails and messages you send to us.
• Basic technical and usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not collect sensitive information such as government identifiers or payment card numbers through this website.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and process and fulfil orders.
• Provide product support, safety information, and documentation.
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and requests.
• Assess job and partnership applications.

We rely on your express consent when you submit a form or contact us, and on implied consent where the purpose is obvious and you voluntarily provide the information. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including form and CRM providers, website hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, and logistics partners who deliver products to you. These providers are only permitted to use the information for the purposes we specify.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and encrypted transmission of form data.

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers located outside Alberta and outside Canada. In those cases, information may be accessible to foreign courts, law enforcement, and government authorities under the laws of that jurisdiction. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law, and then securely destroy or anonymize it. Where we use information to make a decision that directly affects you, we retain it for at least one year as required by PIPA.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, which oversees compliance with PIPA.
